Only a week after moving to the From very early on, Amber liked to be held in our arms, like a baby. Our fondest memories are of cuddling her and gently scratching between her ears or under her chin. She would respond by closing her eyes, purring ever so quietly, and drooling little droplets. She was always an indoor cat, which undoubtedly contributed
to her long life in good health. She did get outdoors on a few occasions. In
our small back yard in She was a constant companion through all of life’s ups and downs, for more than 17 years. It’s hard to believe she’s gone. So now I remember the day When we said goodbye for the very
last time But no one can take you away ‘Cause here in my memories there’s never a very last time Rest in peace, Amber. |
